Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms

• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required within 2 weeks of booking.
• Balance: The remaining balance is due 1 month before arrival.
• Short Notice: If arrival is within 1 month of booking, full payment is required immediately.
• Credit Card: Secure online credit card payment facilities are available.

Cancellation Policy

• 29 to 8 Days Before Arrival: 50% cancellation fee.
• 7 to 0 Days Before Arrival: 100% cancellation fee.

Breakage Deposit

• A refundable R2,000 breakage/damage deposit is required with the final payment.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of departure, provided there is no damage.
• International guests are advised to pay this deposit via credit card for easy refund processing.
• If damages exceed R2,000, additional repair costs will be charged to the client.

Cleaning Policy

• A refundable R500 cleaning deposit is required with the final payment.
• The deposit will be forfeited if the property is not left clean and tidy, including but not limited to:

• Dishes not washed.
• Rubbish not bagged and placed in bins.
• Litter left in the parking area or surrounding bush.
• Bottles, caps, or cigarette ends discarded improperly.

• Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of departure, provided the property was left clean and tidy.
